Fermin Bocanegra is a visionary leader, artist, and advocate who has spent his life uniting people from all walks of life. Known for his humility and hands-on approach, Fermin teaches the principles of unity, diversity, and success across business, faith, and family. Whether he’s fighting for civil rights, expanding access to preschool education, or organizing free dental care for those in need, Fermin leads with action—drawing people to his mission through passion and purpose.
He first rose to national recognition in his home country as a member of the acclaimed musical group Trio Los Peregrinos. With only three dollars in his pocket, no English, and a dream to serve, he immigrated to the United States and began empowering under-resourced communities. Through tireless work, he has become a powerful bridge between the Hispanic/Latino community and the broader American society, helping them thrive together.
